The apartment is a very spacious 80 m2 (800ft2) unit with its own access as well as access to the main floor above. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. View the layout of the apartment here

It has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and in the apartment's living room you can convert the sofa to a queen-sized bed.

Living Room

The apartment has a kitchen with full sized refrigerator and full sized stove. The kitchen is supplied with basic cooking pots and dishes for four people.

You will be delighted to know that there is a supermarket conveniently located three short blocks from the house and it is open 24 hours/day. On the other hand, if you prefer you can arrange home delivery of the groceries from Grocery Gateway. If you choose to use Grocery Gateway, please arrange to be here when your delivery arrives since we cannot receive your delivery on your behalf. Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartment but can be provided upstairs in the main dining room for a nominal fee of $5 per person per day with advanced notice at time of check-in.

The apartment contains a full bathroom with bathtub. A set of towels is provided for each visitor. Sheets and blankets for the bed and for the sofabed are also provided and laundered once per week.

The apartment has a bright southern exposure (garden side), is air conditioned as needed in summer, and has wireless internet service.

For stays longer than a week, a 15% discount is provided for each night beyond the first week.
